Primary Job Function

  • To provide hardware and software support to our users.


  • Troubleshoot and repair of desktop computers, laptops, PDA’s, Smart Phones, and all pc related peripherals.
  • Knowledge of MSSupporting Microsoft XP Professional, Vista, Microsoft Office Suite, Symantec Anti Virus.
  • Hands on experienceHands on experience removing viruses and spyware using various tools.
  • Image and configure systems including additional hardware/software requerstImage and configure systems including additional hardware/software requests.
  • Responsible for supporting department applications and be able to perform application upgrade.
  • Troubleshoot core application (Episys) related problem such as receipt printer and Magtek card swipe device.
  • Troubleshoot MRV device for our cash dispense machine.
  • Adding computers to our domain and configuring network printers with TCP/IP to be added to the print server.
  • Troubleshoot network problem to the level of punching down cable at the patch panel and wall jacks.
  • Installing and maintaining Magtek PIN change machine at the front counter in the branches.


  • Minimum one year of computer hardware experience.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Great “team” personality and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Available to work after hours, weekends, and as required.
  • College degree or certification is a plus.
