Fulfillment Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Build lifetime quality financial relationships with each member by providing competitive products and excellent service.

  • Review Business Development Officers (BDO) production sheets
  • Work with BDO’s on any necessary corrections
  • Organize and file BDO’s production sheets
  • Track daily production reports and assist with monthly department reports
  • Process Family Security Plan (PFP) documents
  • Contact members for missing information
  • Answer phones accordingly
  • Create and maintain a log for new account applications
  • Deliver the applications to the New Accounts Department
  • Input applications directly to our core system
  • Complete direct deposit process by sending direct deposit forms to SEG’s
  • Prepare payroll deduction cards to be sent to MCU Payroll Department
  • Monitor and organize Business Development supply closets on a monthly basis.
  • Scan loan and process visa applications to the Loan Department
  • Responsible for submitting line of credit requests to the Loan Department
  • Provide support at Business Development events, sales promotions, orientations, projects
  • Responsible for ordering brochures, applications and marketing materials for Business Development and PFP
  • Ability to generate new business opportunities
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in conjunction with other departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Loans PQ, Power Point, Synapsis, Meridian Link.
